Overview
Kya Sands is a fast growing industrial suburb in Gauteng and is home to hundreds of diverse businesses. Conveniently situated on Malibongwe Drive, North West of Johannesburg, close to the N1 and N14 highways, it offers affordable, well-maintained industrial premises in a wide variety of sizes. Between Kya Sand and Cosmo Business Park is the new development area of Mostyn Park adjacent to the Cosmo Mall which caters to the huge Cosmo City informal and formal settlement area which provides a labour pool to the businesses.
